Pen Description

In the 85th year of its foundation, Omas dedicated a special Limited Edition fountain pen to the Omas Society, the exclusive Club that assembles fans and collectors from all over the world.

Maximum expression of Omas creativity and historical model realised by Armando Simoni in 1930, the Arte Italiana piston filling fountain pen was presented in a completely new version, a modern interpretation of a model that has marked the writing instruments history.

Made of cotton resin, material of vegetable origin, pleasant to the touch and with a very shiny surface allowing excellent colour definition, it is presented in the exclusive colour Blue Omas, with platinum and ruthenium plated trim for a truly amazing  and original effect. The clip embellished with a blue dark lapis lazuli and the 18 carat gold nib with the engraving the Omas icon are further details which make it unique.

The Limited Edition, whose purchase was for Club members only, was presented in 600 numbered and limited pieces, homage to the sixth anniversary of Omas Society Club foundation.

Screw-on, twelve faceted gloss blue cotton resin cap with peaked top. Ruthrnium plated pocket clip with blue lapis lazuli roller. Greek key ruthenium plated cap band with narrow bands above and below. The cap is heat stamped 'OMAS - Society'.

Twelve faceted barrel and round grip section in gloss blue cotton resin. Greek key ruthrnium plated band with narrow bands above and below, appear on round grip section above barrel threads. Single narrow ruthrnium band to rear of barrel. Piston filling mechanism is operated by turning faceted peaked  knob at rear of barrel. The Limited Edition number of 076 / 600 is heat stamped towards rear of barrel.
